Carlucci Leads Highway Cleanup In Congers

CONGERS -- State Sen. David Carlucci, D-Rockland/Westchester, partnering with Keep Rockland Beautiful, will hold his annual highway cleanup Wednesday morning along Route 304.

Joining Carlucci will be 55 volunteers, including members of the New City Cub Scout Pack 46 and the Rockland County Civil Air Patrol. They will meet at Dr. Davies Farm, 306 Route 304, Congers.

The cleanup will take place from 9-11 a.m.
