Nanuet Health Fair Coming In April

NANUET, N.Y. -- The agenda is fitness and visitors will gain information on yoga, stretching techniques, kickboxing and a host of other health-related activities at the Third Health & Fitness Fair April 19 in Nanuet.

The Nanuet Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the event.

It will offer free demonstrations, sample workouts, yoga moves and stretching techniques. Health care providers will be on hand to answer questions.

The fair is a chance for the general public to meet with local health, wellness and fitness providers including local gyms, kickboxing schools, karate, yoga, dancing, and chiropractors.

All who attend will receive a free gift from the Nanuet Chamber of Commerce.

Businesses may reserve a table by clicking here.

Members pay $10 per table and non-members pay $25 per table to exhibit. The deadline to reserve an exhibitor table is April 5.

The fair is set from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Pascack Community Center, 87 New Clarkstown Road, Nanuet, N.Y.

The event is free and there is ample parking at the venue
