ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. – Samuel Roberts, commissioner of the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), visited the Rockland County Department of Social Services last week.

The OTDA works closely with DSS in supervising a variety of programs designed to help low-income working families, assist work-capable public assistance recipients in achieving entry into the workforce and oversee New York State’s child support enforcement program.
