Bowermaster chronicles three prominent threats to the Hudson and public safety: crude oil transportation on the river and by rail, the problematic Indian Point nuclear plant, and the impact of the Tappan Zee Bridge replacement. 

A panel discussion with State Senator David Carlucci, Riverkeeper President Paul Gallay, Laurie Seeman of the Sparkill Creek Alliance and Environmental Activist Susan Van Dolsen follows.
