NANUET, N.Y. -- Local restaurateur, Satyen Shah, will soon open the doors to Rockland County’s first PizzaRev – a build-your-own artisanal pizza concept.
The new Nanuet restaurant, scheduled to open in mid to late June on Route 59 in the Toys 'R' Us Shopping Center, will be the first of several franchise locations planned for the Rockland market.
“PizzaRev offers a completely customizable dining experience; we empower guests to create their perfect pizza – from a rich list of pizza sauces and toppings to our “Rev It Up” counter featuring 14 different spices and sauces to add to their creation,” said Shah. “We believe our guests will appreciate the gluten free options as well as the fresh, locally sourced toppings, and the ‘one price fits all’ pricing.”
Shah plans to open additional PizzaRev restaurants in Wayne, Clifton, Secaucus, PizzaRev will bring 30-40 new jobs to the area and is looking for managers and team members to help guests ‘craft’ their pizzas and fire them up in less than three minutes in the custom-built 9,600 pound open-flame stone-bed oven. Those wishing to apply for positions should send a resume to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PizzaRev will host a ribbon cutting at the opening as well as a ‘Pay-What-You-Want’ Fundraiser for People to People when diners will be able to pay whatever amount they want for their first pizza and all donations will benefit People to People. PizzaRev will also have a booth at the Third Annual Nanuet Street Fair on June 5 and distribute thousands of vouchers for free pizzas during specified dates.
