The Fine Grind: The Art Cafe of Nyack sources its coffee beans from Counter Culture Coffee, a North Carolina distributor that sells beans directly from farmers and cooperatives worldwide. On its website, the company writes: "Our seasonal selection of single-origin coffees, limited-release offerings, and year-round selections, are the best expression of coffee's diverse traditions and origins."
Most Popular Brew: Art Cafe Manager Richelle Ortiz said there is not one popular stand-out, but people really like the espressos. She said the coffee is wildly popular because it's delicious, and because consumers appreciate the environmentally-focused technique behind the brew. "We're using good practices for growing beans," she said.
