The Fine Grind: Coffee is the pride and joy here. The Cafe sources its coffee beans from Tarrytown Roasters, a Tarrytown company. But the real secret sauce is that "we do a lot of training for our baristas so everyone is on same page, " said Chef Ana Diaz. Tarrytown Roasters gets its beans from growers all over the world who use sustainable practices.
Most Popular Brew: Lattes are the most popular picks at Red Hill Cafe.
