The class, will be taught by certified instructor Randi Colton of FitChick CPR and will accommodate those who have never been certified as well as those looking to re-certify. The cost is $50 and space is limited. Those interested in attending should contact Michael Cocilovo at (845)-634-8877.
Based in Rockland, Colton is a certified American Heart Association Instructor through The Valley Hospital in Paramus. She is also certified through several national health and fitness organizations, including National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council of Exercise (ACE) and Aerobics and Fitness Association of American (AFAA). Colton has more than 27-years of experience in CPR and First Aid training and has been teaching various CPR and First Aid courses for over a decade.
During this year Cocilovo and Gil Rodriguez, co-owners of New City Chiropractic Center, will host a series of free workshops and healthy activities.
