ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Rockland County Executive Ed Day got the chance on Sunday to attend a special birthday party -- the 100th birthday celebration for Bardonia resident Fannie Moscato, the mother of Dan Moscato, Day's chief advisor.
