Scattered thunderstorms hit the Hudson Valley Monday night, making for some wind-blown, painted skies after the storms passed.

Daily Voice captured some of the skies over the Hudson River, near Cold Spring, on the Putnam/Dutchess border.

Skies are expected to be clear Tuesday night for viewing the full Buck Moon, or Thunder Moon.

Wednesday and Thursday's temps look to peak in the low 80s, but forecasts call for a rise back into the 90s by the weekend. Thunderstorms are possible for Friday evening.
