PIERMONT, N.Y. -- Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) begins Monday, March 7 and runs two weeks until Sunday, March 20. This is a unique time to celebrate the bounty of the Hudson Valley and visit a new restaurant.

Three-course luncheons are $20.95 and three-course dinners are $29.95 and offer incredible value. This year, more than 200 restaurants are participating from our seven surrounding counties (Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan) and the restaurants represent every major cuisine type and ambiance from drop-in casual to fancy schmancy.

What separates Hudson Valley Restaurant Week from all other restaurants weeks offered around the country is that HVRW truly celebrates what makes our Valley great. The restaurants and chefs showcase all the food stuffs that make the Hudson Valley special. The farms, wineries, artisan cheese makers, cattle and pork ranchers, poultry farms, bread bakers, jam and maple syrup producers, the beers and the spirits that are drawing raves across the country and beyond.

You can take a drive to a new country and visit that special restaurant you’ve been meaning to. You can jump on a train and get off to visit a waterside favorite. You can enjoy lunch at a restaurant owned by one of the most preeminent and celebrated chefs in the world. You could visit the next up and coming chef in the Hudson Valley while sipping a world class wine made right here in our area.

The restaurants of the Hudson Valley have enriched our communities and revitalized our farms. Visit them for a taste of hospitality unique to our region.
