CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Rockland County Executive Ed Day honored Denise Hogan with a proclamation for her efforts against lung cancer during Women's Lung Health Week.
Hogan serves as coordinator of POW'R Against Tobacco, a grassroots community partnership comprised of businesses, nonprofits and citizens dedicated to reducing tobacco use.
