A serious motor vehicle crash with injuries that initially blocked two lanes on northbound I-87 in Rockland caused gridlock early Monday night.
The crash occurred just after 7 p.m. at Exit 13 (Palisades Interstate Parkway), with traffic backed up to Exit 12 (Route 303).
