NYACK, N.Y. — Proposed changes to Nyack's zoning laws have local environmentalists worried that waterfront development by TZ Vista would be easier to pass, according to News 12.

Local group Riverkeeper said that any changes to waterfront zoning regulations need to be fully vetted, News 12 said.

TZ Vista is trying to build six-story buildings instead of four-story buildings as existing waterfront laws allow, reported News 12.
