Refurbished Rockland Bulldozer Gets Another 25 Years Of Life

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Rockland County Highway Department 1988 bulldozer now has a life expectancy of another 25 years thanks to a recent refurbishing.

By refurbishing the bulldozer at a cost of $80,000, the County saved $200,000 in taxpayer dollars.
