Road Work Alert Issued For Clarkstown

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. - Motorists planning on traveling through Clarkstown later this week can expect delays as crews complete roadwork in the area.

The Rockland County Highway Department has issued an alert noting that beginning on Wednesday, Aug. 23, roadwork will be performed along Perlman Drive from Pascack Road to New Clarkstown Road.

The work is expected to begin at approximately 3 a.m. and continue indefinitely. Drivers have been asked to seek alternative routes in the area if possible. Signage will be posted and there will be flaggers to help re-route motorists to detours.
