CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Commuters should be prepared to take alternate routes on Friday, May 13, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. as the Clarkstown Highway Department begins milling three roads in preparation for paving, according to the Clarkstown Police Department.
The roads include: Zukor Road from South Mountain Road to Paramount Country Club's North Parking lot, Blue Jay Court, and a small section of roadway between 402 and 430 South Mountain Road.
Once the milling is complete, the department plans to close the same roads for paving on Monday, May 16 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Drivers should expect delays and detours.
