Rockland Offers Video On Budget Forums

NEW CITY, N.Y. – Rockland County residents can watch video of town hall meetings held to discuss a variety of local issues, including the 2016 proposed budget.

County Executive Ed Day detailed priorities within the spending plan and provided an update on the progress his administration is making in delivering on his core priorities: stabilizing Rockland's finances, promoting economic growth and preserving the county for future generations.

The meetings were held Oct. at Farley Elementary School in Stony Point and Nov. 16 at the Valley Cottage Library.

The meetings are availabe via live stream on the county's website RocklandGov.com .

Online viewers are invited to submit questions via email or through Rockland County's official Facebook page or Twitter account using #RocklandTownHall.
