CONGERS, N.Y. -- Nina Perman, of Congers, died Friday, Nov. 18. She was 60.
Perman was born July 30, 1956, in Brooklyn.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State St., Spring Valley.
