CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- The Clarkstown Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a Congers man wanted on a warrant charging him with stalking and harassment.
Clarkstown police are asking for help in locating Oscar Lara, who is wanted on a warrant accusing him of stalking and harassment.
