Condo Fire Leads To Evacuation In Bardonia

BARDONIA, N.Y. - Route 304 between Germonds Road and Pineview Avenue was closed until around 9:45 a.m. Tuesday due to a structure fire in the Germonds Village apartment complex.

The fire in Building No. 1 broke out around 7 a.m.

All residents have reportedly successfully fled.

There has not been any report of injuries.
