Congers Man Among Two Charged With DWI In Route 59 Checkpoint

Alfredo Juarez, 54, of Congers was stopped at 2:30 a.m. and charged with DWI, police said. He was processed at the mobile headquarters and released. Juarez is scheduled to appear in court on May 9.

Jose Gonsalez, 26, of Spring Valley was stopped around 3:30 p.m. and charged with operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level over .08 percent or more and DWI, police said. Gonsalez was also processed at the mobile headquarters and released. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 9.
