Girlfriend Of Rockland Podiatrist In Murder Plot Pleads Guilty

NEW CITY, N.Y. – A 35-year-old mother of three pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges that she plotted with her lover to kill his wife, according to lohud.com.

Kelly Gribeluk admitted taking part in a plot to kill Ira Bernstein’s wife, Susan Bernstein, according to lohud.com, which reported that Gribeluk has been held in the Rockland County jail since her arrest in May while Ira Bernstein has been free on bail.

Gribeluk, pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy and two charges that apparently stemmed from her making payments to someone to have a pair of insurance investigators “beaten up,” according to lohud.com.

Gribeluk was freed on $50,000 bail, but is confined to her home as required by the terms of her bail, according to lohud.com, which reported that the 35-year-old is to be sentenced on Jan. 3.

Ira Bernstein, a podiatrist from Ramapo, is to appear in court on Tuesday, according to lohud.com, which reported that he's accused of negotiating a $100,000 price to have his wife’s murder look like an accident.
