Luis Quito, 22, was stopped on Saturday after deputies saw him driving in an erratic manner and at a high rate of speed in Hillcrest, said Sgt. Albert Brunner.
During the stop, deputies determined Quito was drunk and charged him with DWI, illegal speed contest, reckless driving, and driving with blood alcohol level of .08 percent or more, Brunner said.
Quito was processed at the Sheriff's Headquarters in New City and released on numerous summonses to return to Ramapo Justice Court.
