The three had told officers they heard what they believe were gunshots at about 8:03 p.m. Thursday, Christmas Eve, and then something hit the driver's side door, according to police.

The men were not cooperative with detectives, who were investigating with forensic detectives for the Sheriff's Office Bureau of Criminal Investigation, lohud.com said.
