Police Investigate Shooting Near Super 8 Motel In Central Nyack

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. – Clarkstown police are investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday afternoon on Upper Depew Avenue in Central Nyack near the Super 8 Motel.

Police received a 911 call from a 20-year old man who said he'd been shot while he was walking in the area of the motel.

When officers got to the area, he was found bleeding from the mouth.

He was transported to Nyack Hospital, and his injuries were apparently not life-threatening.

The Detective Bureau is still investigating the incident.
