Seen Him? Police Search For 20-Year-Old Wanted In Rockland

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. - Investigators from the Ramapo Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance as they continue their search for a man wanted for assault in New Hempstead.

An alert has been issued for 20-year-old Franklin Encarnacion, who is wanted in Ramapo for a charge of third-degree assault stemming back to an incident that happened in April.

Police described Encarnacion as a 5-foot-10 man who weighed approximately 160 pounds at the time of his arrest. He has brown eyes and dark hair.

Anyone with information on Encarnacion’s whereabouts or who may spot him in Rockland has been asked to contact the Ramapo Police Department by calling (845) 357-2400.
