HILLBURN, N.Y. -- The substation fire in Hillburn is still burning, but is under control, authorities said.

Multiple agencies, including the police, began battling to contain a fire at a Con Edison substation in Hillburn that started Friday night. Officials have been warning of possible power outages as repairs are made to the substation. The original story was reported in Saturday in Daily Voice.
