The 47-year-old, Jacquelin Millien who was on the job for 13 years was charged in June, according to Fios 1.

He is alleged to have made entries that were false in a log book while at work, according to an indictment cited in the report.

Millien reportedly claimed his innocence and that other officers who didn't support Sheriff Louis Falco for election last year, were similarly charged, said Fios1.

Falco and District Attorney Thomas Zugibe consider these false accusations, according to Fios 1.
