Rockland County Judge Implicated In Illegal Campaign Scheme

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y.. – Sources say Rockland County Family Court Judge Sherri Eisenpress was implicated in an illegal campaign fund scheme tied to her election in 2011, according to lohud.com.

According to two independent sources, FBI informant Moses Stern testified he received money to create fake donors for Eisenpress in an unrelated 2014 corruption trial, lohud.com said.

While Stern didn't mention Eisenpress in his testimony, the sources confirmed that he was speaking about her, reported lohud.com.

Eisenpress has denied the allegations, and Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said investigators "found no evidence of criminality," lohud.com noted.
