CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Rockland County Executive Ed Day honored Clarkstown High School North and Rockland BOCES student J.T. Mancino on Tuesday for his winning design submission to the Rockland County Traffic Safety Board.

Mancino's entry was part of a competition among local high schools to create a logo for the Traffic Safety Board. His winning design will brand all official TSB communications, including the board's website, Facebook page and letterhead.
