Unruly Passenger Causes Flight From Newark To Zurich To Turn Back A scheduled flight from Newark to Zurich was forced to turn back on Sunday, March 31, due to an unruly passenger, Swiss Airlines confirmed. Swiss flight LX19 took off from Newark at 9:50 p.m. but turned around after the passenger behaved abusively toward the crew, said Silvia Exer-Kuhn, a spokeswoman for Swiss Airlines. The passenger was met with police upon arrival in Newark, Exer-Kuhn said.  There were 236 passengers and 13 crew members on board, Exer-Kuhn said. The passengers were rebooked on other flights, Exer-Kuhn said.

Two Newark Teens Shot Near High School: Authorities Two Newark teenagers were shot near West Side High School on Tuesday, March 26, authorities said. A 17-year-old and a 15-year-old boy were the victims of the shooting, Mayor Ras Baraka and Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. The two teenagers were transported to University Hospital in Newark, authorities said.  Gov. Phil Murphy said his office was coordinating with law enforcement.
