Ramapo Police ID Bicyclist Killed In Hit-And-Run Crash
RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Police continue searching for the driver who struck and killed a bicyclist from Pomona and drove off on Monday night along Route 202, and have released the identity of the man killed.
Officers found the bicyclist, identified as William "Matt" E. George, 53, with serious injuries to his face and body, unable to speak, police said. George's bicycle, which had sustained front end damage, was nearby.
