Crash Causes July 4th Gridlock On Tappan Zee Bridge Span

A motor-vehicle crash that initially blocked three lanes on southbound I-87 in Tarrytown late Tuesday afternoon caused gridlock on the Westchester-bound Tappan Zee Bridge span.
