Greenburgh Supervisor Paul Feiner said the company plans were recently approved for an amended site plan and special permit needed to start construction on the building at 668 Central Park Ave. South.

During construction, the footprint of the building will remain the same, but changes will be made to improve handicapped access and additional landscaping to beautify the building, Feiner said.

"We're going to work hard to make our business districts -- East Hartsdale Avenue, Central Avenue, Saw Mill River Road and Route 119 -- have great places to shop, eat, get fit and visit," he added.
