Nyack Time Hotel Ran Weeks Without Permits

NYACK, N.Y. -- The TIME hotel in Nyack opened in May then reportedly ran weeks without appropriate permits, according to Lohud.

The business was cited various times by the village's building department for running without a certificate of occupancy, according to Lohud.

Fines could run $2,000 each, Nyack Building Inspector Vincent Fiorentino said, according to Lohud.
