WEST NYACK, N.Y. -- In celebration of National Health Week, the Worldwide Community First Responders will hold a community health screening on Sunday, April 3, at the Palisades Center mall in West Nyack.
The event will include free blood pressure screenings and tips on how to do the following:
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Be physically active
- Follow a healthy eating plan
- Eat foods with less sodium
- Drink alcohol in moderation
- Take prescribed drugs as directed
The event, sponsored by Lord & Taylor, will run from noon to 2 p.m. at the store, 1000 Palisades Center Drive.
