RCC Foundation Plans Golf Outing At Suffern's Spook Rock In August

RAMAPO, N.Y. -- The Rockland Community College Foundation's 33rd annual Scholarship Golf Outing and Dinner will be held Tuesday, Aug. 9, at the Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern.

The event will include a full round of golf and lunch at the Chalet, as well as dinner, raffles, auction items and many prizes awarded for play.

The donation is only $199 per golfer for those who register before Monday. The donation after July 4 is $225 per golfer.

Guests should call the RCC Foundation for reservations or information at 845-574-4576. The reservation form is available online.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available, and auction items are welcome.

Registration and lunch will be from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Shotgun start will be at 12:45 p.m.

The $10 donation for the Dinner for Two raffle is available, and one winner will receive a dinner for two at one of the following restaurants: Castle, Marcello’s Ristorante, Peter Kelly’s Xaviars Restaurant Group, the Red Hat, the River Palm Terrace, Two Spear Street or The Mason Jar.

The foundation provides more that $300,000 in scholarships for RCC students each year.
