Progressive's 'Flo' Returns Home To Rockland For Fundraiser

STONY POINT, N.Y. – She’s best known as Flo, the Progressive Insurance saleswoman, but Stephanie Courtney is also a comedian and actress with plans to appear in Rockland County, according to lohud.com.

Stephanie Courtney, also known as Flo, the Progressive Insurance saleswoman, is to appear at a fundraiser for Stony Point's Penguin Rep Theatre on Oct. 10.

Courtney, a Stony Point native, is to return to her hometown Monday for a fundraiser at the Penguin Rep Theatre, according to lohud.com.

The evening is to begin at 5:30 p.m. at the barn at 7 Crickettown Road with a musical prelude by Miche Braden, according to lohud.com.

Later in the evening, a buffet dinner by Rockland Roots that includes wine, beverages and dessert is scheduled at the theatre’s mansion, according to lohud.com, which reported that those in attendance will have the opportunity to meet the woman who has starred in Progressive commercials for the past eight years.
