Risa Hoag Joins Clarkstown Daily Voice As Community Advisor

Community advisors provide Daily Voice with tips for local news and events.

Hoag has lived in Clarkstown nearly all of her life. Prior to founding GMG Public Relations in 1991, she was Director of Public Relations and Marketing for the White Plains office of Ernst & Young. 

She serves as the Vice President of Marketing for the Rockland Business Women’s Network, she is the Immediate Past President of the Nanuet Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Board of Directors, and she has also been a board member of the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce, a past president and board member of the Westchester Association of Women Business Owners, the Partnership for a Better Westchester, The Advertising Club of Westchester, The Tappan Zee International Trade Association, the Orange & Rockland Utilities Community Investment Grant Committee, Beth Am Temple and Hudson Valley Visiting Pets where she did animal assisted therapy with her dog Annie. 

She is certified in Inbound Marketing and is often featured in area print media and asked to speak on marketing, social media and public relations.
