A New York Times/CBS News poll shows the fear of a potential terror attack is making the messages of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump that much more appealing to some Americans.
CBS teamed up with the Times and conducted a poll of Americans, showing that between Dec. 4-8 of this year 79 percent of people polled said that a terror attack would be likely in the next several weeks. In 2001, between Sept. 20-23, 78 percent of those polled said the same thing.
