Resurfacing of Little Tor Road In New City Begins
NEW CITY, N.Y. -- The Rockland County Highway Department will be resurfacing Little Tor Road from Collyer Avenue to New Hempstead Road this week, weather permitting.
Road work is being done on Little Tor Road.
