Jacqueline Millien had been charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors before pleading guilty to disorderly conduct charges.  Michael Sussman, Millien's lawyer, said his client, along with others were being singled out by Sheriff Louis Falco for political reasons, lohud.com reported.

Millien is joined by six other corrections officers in a lawsuit against Falco alleging they were targeted because their union supported Falco's opponent in the 2015 election, lohud.com said.
