A bag of cocaine discovered inside a child's lunch bag at a Pennsylvania daycare led police to a drug stash inside the child's home, authorities announced on Tuesday, June 2.
The child's mom, Emily Arter, and her boyfriend, Joel Rodriguez-Melendez, were arrested after Carroll Township Police responded to a daycare in Dillsburg on Thursday, May 28, for a report that cocaine had been found in a child's lunch bag, according to the department.
The discovery prompted investigators to obtain a search warrant for the pair's home in the first block of Walmar Manor in Franklin Township, police said.…
