4-Year-Old Found Wandering Pennsylvania Parking Lot Alone, Mom Charged
A 4-year-old boy was found wandering alone in a Pennsylvania parking lot, leading to charges against his mother, police announced on Thursday, June 11.
Norah Roth-Moore, 41, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children following an investigation by the Kennett Square Police Department.
Officers were called to the 100 block of Race Street in Kennett Square after reports of an unaccompanied child walking alone in a parking lot around 8:13 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, according to police.
When officers arrived, they located the boy and determined he was 4 years old, authorities said.

On Sunday, June 5, 2022, a deceased man, identified as D.H. was found dead in Kentucky Avenue in Atlantic City, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
