The incident took place on Capitol Court around 5:30 a.m. Friday according to area residents who contacted the Clarkstown Police about multiple shots being fired outside of their residences, said Officer Peter Walker.
Responding officers interviewed residents of the area who stated that they had heard multiple shots being fired outside of their residences. There were no injuries and at this point, officers found two rounds lodged in a parked vehicle.
The Clarkstown Detective Bureau is investigating this incident and at this point have no motive for the shooting.
