Stony Point Police Charge Man, 29, With Heroin Possession

STONY POINT, N.Y. -- Stony Point Police Department on Monday arrested Broc Donnison, 29, of New Berlin, N.Y., for criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The defendant was arrested following a vehicle and traffic stop. He was in possession of 13 envelopes of heroin. He was also found in possession of several hypodermic needles and suboxone.

The defendant was arrested, processed and released. He is due in court on Feb. 16th at 1:30 pm.
