CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- A 25-year-old Upper Nyack man is facing a driving while intoxicated charge after being pulled over on Christian Herald Road, authorities said.
David Masters was stopped after a Rockland County sheriff's deputy saw him driving erratically, according to a statement issued Monday, Jan. 11, by Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco.
After he was found to have been driving drunk, Masters was taken to sheriff's headquarters in New City and later released without bail, authorities said. He is charged with misdemeanor DWI.
Masters is to appear in Clarkstown Town Court at a later date.
