Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty Agents Win Awards

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Four agents who work for Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty recently won high honors at this year’s Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors Awards.

“I’m very grateful to have four of our agents receive recognition from our association,” said Matthew Rand, Managing Partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “They have committed themselves to a lot of hard work to benefit our industry, and I couldn’t be more proud to have them on our team.”

The award winners include Maryann Tercasio of Rand Realty’s Central Valley office, who was named the 2015 Realtor of the Year; Michael Graessle, of Rand Realty’s White Plains office, who was the recipient of the President’s Award; and Laurie DiFrancesco, of Rand Realty’s Suffern office, who was awarded the Albert P. Schatz Legislative Advocacy Award.

During the ceremony, Renee Zurlo, manager of Rand Realty’s Central Valley office, was appointed as president of Hudson Gateway MLS.

“I’m so thankful for the wonderful opportunity to hold this title,” Zurlo said. “I look forward to continuing to serve the members and subscribers of the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service and the Hudson Valley real estate market.”
