More than 1,000 customers are without power in Morris County, while Hunterdon County saw 701 outages. Newark Police Seek Shooting Suspect (Photo) A man wanted for a shooting in Newark on the morning of Wednesday, March 20, is at large, police said.  At 7 a.m., Newark police responded to the 100 block of West Runyon Street and found a man had fired a handgun toward Hawthorne Avenue, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said.  No injuries were reported, though police recovered a .9 mm shell casing at the scene, Fragé said. Police are hoping to use surveillance footage to help identify the suspect, Fragé said. Driver Injured After Truck Overturns On Route 80: Njsp A Volvo tractor trailer overturned on Route 80 in Warren County after the driver lost control on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 2, authorities said. At 12:26 p.m., the truck, which is hauling diesel fuel, was traveling westbound on Route 80 in Allamuchy Township when it lost directional control, ran off the roadway to the right, struck a guardrail and overturned down an embankment, Troy McNair, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, McNair said. The crash remains under investigation, McNair said.
